What You’ll Do:
As the Business Operations Intern, you will be responsible for the commercial performance of the business including pipeline management, revenue attainment, supply & demand, and expense control. You will develop and track business plans and support periodic business plan reviews. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution. You will optimize business management processes, conduct business analytics, lead smart initiatives to drive revenue, reduce costs and increase profitability.
Responsibilities:
Provide Logistics support for Lab Engineers
Create Management System to track key Business Milestones and Partner Funding
Participate in monthly BMS reviews
Capture, track and follow up on key action items from BMS reviews
Proactively manage Supply & Demand to ensure alignment with sales objectives
Provide P&L analysis and make recommendations to support revenue and profit aspirations
The Business Operations Intern will report directly to the Head of Business Operations. This position will be a Spring 2024 Co-Op. The team will provide a housing allowance for non-local candidates.
Basic Qualifications:
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Power Point and PowerBI
Pursing a Degree in Business or Engineering
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven organizational skills, including time management
Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
