This is a position for a Retail Marketing Manager in the Mobile Business Group, one of the fastest-growing divisions for the Lenovo group. This role will cover the Nordics markets and you will report to General Manager, Motorola Nordics.

What we are looking for in this role:

  • Build strong account-specific co-marketing & visibility plans - offline & online
  • Communicate and utilize the social media e.g. Facebook, Instagram and potentially TikTok
  • Manage a team of promoters & field teams across markets - fluency with retail management tools like e-leader is added plus
  • Strengthen Motorola / Lenovo brand awareness, consideration, and purchase intent with consumers and retail recommendation rates with trade partners while Tracking and improving marketing metrics
  • Build go-to-market plans for new products in Nordics


Requirements / Do not hesitate to apply if You have:

  • 6+ Years’ experience in marketing with proficiency in trade marketing
  • Experience in consumer electronic industry, mobile industry preferred
  • Ability to influence and follow through successful plans within large, dynamic organizations 
  • Track record of managing and growing a successful retail marketing team and initiatives of large scope, complexity, and geography 
  • Fluency in consumer marketing/social/PR/e-commerce
