1 – Training Agency Management Manage the training agency's activities and projects related to content; Ensure contracted SLAs and quality level; Training budget control. 
2 – Product Training Participate in working groups to define the Key Selling Points strategy for Motorola products; Design and implement the roadmap for training and product launch events; Develop specific content and formats for Top Clients; Develop specific content and actions to sustain product knowledge. 
3 – Qualification and Recycling Develop and apply training plan for the preparation and qualification of field teams; Implement periodic evaluation criteria and a knowledge and argumentation recycling plan; Design and implement recognition and reward mechanics according to training performance.
4 – Special Projects Prospect and develop special projects for Top Clients (training events, reward programs, POS actions etc); Develop technical training program (camera, performance, security etc). 

Project management; 
Organization and ability to prioritize; 
Good verbal and written communication; 
Empathy and ease of relationship; 

(Required) Expertise in Commercial, Trade Marketing or Customer Service areas; 
(Preferably) Graduation in Journalism, Advertising, Marketing or Administration; 
(Differential) Have worked in training projects, roadshows and / or events; 
(Differential) Experience in the telecom or electronics industry.
