Training Enablement Coordinator – Lenovo & VMware Alliance (AP)
This role is part of the Lenovo worldwide Sales Learning and Enablement team within the Marketing, Communications, and Enablement group.
This role is responsible for supporting the VMware Sales Enablement Program Manager and the Learning Partner allocated in the GEO, for the set up and execution of VMware Global and geo programs, running reports on training program effectiveness, tracking the different key performance indicators, and managing together with the VMware Sales Enablement Program Manager the quarterly program and dashboard. For this role we are seeking someone with strong project management skills. This role consists in working in a global environment, offering support to both Lenovo’s internal and external audiences.
Position Requirements:
Schedule online training initiatives, aligning the calendars of the training providers with the selected audiences
Send invitations using pre-established templates and communicate through the already established channels for both internal and external audiences
Collaborate with geo SMEs in the communication process, providing them established drafts of the invites
In special cases, create a new communication channel for the designated audience
Work closely with the GEO Sales Learning Partner and GEO Lenovo/VMware PMO
Track the attendance for the enablement initiatives and generate reports for the WW Lenovo/VMware Sales Enablement Program Manager
Offer administrative support to external training vendors
Responsible for the GEO Proof of Execution process, with the support of the WW Lenovo/VMware Sales Enablement Program Manager
Good understanding of the translation policies
Work within the geo for F2F enablement activities as needed
Eagerness to learn about Lenovo/VMware solutions
Education/Experience:
Ability to build good report and communication with all levels of management
Detail-oriented/Excellent organization skills required
Experience working in an IT company preferred, but not required
3+ years of experience in a B2B environment, 1+ years in training administration experience
Microsoft Suite competencies
Proactive mindset
Strong English, other languages are appreciated
College degree required
Any Graduate
