Role description

This role in our Global Learning & Development team will give you space to support the learning and development programs for EMEA region. You will also participate on improvement and creation of our development programs and deliver them to different participants.
Role offers international experience in multi-cultural, hybrid and time flexible work environment.
These are your detailed responsibilities:
• Communicate, organize and prepare delivery of leadership programs, workshops and webinars
• Collaborate closely with facilitators on analyzing the feedback to the programs and propose solutions for improvement
• Support the new employee orientation program to improve the new employee experience in EMEA region
• Support HR Partners and Managers on development solutions and L&D processes
• Use internal LMS to administer trainings programs and reporting
• Be responsible for branding, positioning and communication of different Learning and Development topics in EMEA region
• Support the Global Learning and Development and Cultural initiatives based on company business strategy and talent development needs
Organization:
You will report to EMEA L&D Manager supporting EMEA internal customers in HR and different business units.
Position Requirements:
• Min. 1-2 years’ experience from professional adult learning and development environment
• Experience to prepare and deliver workshops for soft skills
• Effectively communicating both verbally and in writing and adjusting language to fit the audience
• Good organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Base gross monthly salary from 1350 EUR, depending on experience + variable part 12% of your annual earnings
