Description and Requirements

The North America Sales Transformation and Customer Experience Office is seeking a Sales Transformation Project Manager to drive enhancements to critical business projects and customer experience for the North America organization. This role will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of key initiatives to support critical geo-centric and business critical enhancements to boost customer, partner, and employee experience. The incumbent will work cross-functionally across numerous business areas including Sales, Enablement, Operations, Category, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Drive key business projects to accelerate deployment of transformation initiatives, ensuring no disruption to the business
• Lead new sales technology and revenue operations platform scoping and implementation
• Customer and Partner Experience program management, initiative implementation and collaboration with WW CX
• Employee Experience and culture champion 
• Change management architect for strategic initiatives
• Cross-business group sales enablement harmonizer and project management focal
• Engage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships and involvement within the North America and WW organizations on project deliverables

• Strong organizational, change management, and communication skills
• Ability to positively impact and lead through influence, exhibiting a presence and ability to communicate successfully with all levels of leadership
• Fast learner who can quickly absorb the nuances of complex, interdependent sales situations/processes
• Comfort with complexity, ability to “think outside the box” and move concepts to implementation
• Presentation skills critical including abilities to: interact with the audience; present messages with clarity; engage the audience in the presentation; and interpret and understand the mindsets of the listeners at all levels within organization and adjust accordingly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including comfort and skill of having tough, conflict management conversations
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple workstreams across multiple teams

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, or related field
• 5-10 years of industry experience in sales, operations, sales enablement, customer experience, program/project management

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience managing complex projects which are often cross-functional while demonstrating exceptional business judgment and building relationships at all levels of the company
• Experience and knowledge of change management best practices
• PMP certification a plus
