Description and Requirements

This is a great opportunity to join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG).
We are looking for a pricing specialist to support our TruScale Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offerings. This is a critical role with high visibility and is ideal for a candidate that thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, is able to successfully navigate multiple concurrent projects, prioritize according to business needs, and work in coordination with sales teams and other functions across the business to drive success.

As a TruScale Portfolio Pricing Support specialist, you are the key to successful business development and ensuring excellent customer experience.

What will be your tasks once you join us?
• Understanding cost models
• Training sales on pricing, messaging
• Implementing bid controls; providing quotes to clients
• Tracking quote progress

• Coordinate on contracts and billings

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in pricing and costing with data center/server products; experience in ‘aaS’ is a plus
• Strong deal and business modeling capability
• Strong business partnership skills; ability to work under pressure
• Experience supporting global deals
• Experience with contracting and billing

• Advanced Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Data center/server solutions expertise (HW, SW, Services)

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to interpret and build complex formulas and macros
