Description and Requirements

Position Overview:

As a Trusted Solutions Advisor, you will champion Lenovo’s portfolio by aligning our innovative products, services, and software with our clients’ strategic goals. You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, engaging with senior decision-makers in strategic accounts and collaborating with internal stakeholders across the Central Asia Pacific region. Your role is pivotal in architecting tailored solutions that address complex business challenges and drive sales success.

You will support the Singapore sales team and report to a regional team supporting the broader Central Asia Pacific market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, shape sales strategies, and prioritize high-impact engagements to maximize revenue.
  • Team Leadership & Enablement: Inspire and empower cross-functional teams by setting a clear vision, encouraging innovation, and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Solution Development: Lead the creation of customer-specific solutions in collaboration with business development managers and the broader sales team.
  • Presales Excellence: Ensure high-quality presales deliverables (e.g., presentations, demos) and manage timelines, milestones, and resource alignment for successful execution.
  • Value Communication: Clearly articulate the business value, ROI, and strategic benefits of Lenovo’s solutions to customers.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer, guiding internal teams to deliver optimal solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
  • Process Optimization: Drive consistent presales processes, including opportunity management in Microsoft Dynamics 365, discovery sessions, and dry-runs to ensure compelling customer engagements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in PC hardware repair, OS deployment, end-user support, and managing enterprise IT environments.
  2. Proficiency with industry-standard benchmarking tools and a strong understanding of enterprise performance standards.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Lenovo’s portfolio and competitive landscape.
  4. Strong critical thinking skills to identify and communicate compelling value propositions.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  6. A consultative, collaborative approach to client engagement and solution development.
