Description and Requirements

岗位职责：

1.负责联想软件及网站、APP产品界面设计工作（包含但不限于），根据商业、业务需求进行产品设计，提供完善的设计方案，交付产品原型和交互文档及界面设计；

2.参与产品、交互的前期规划和设计讨论，与开发、测试一同保障设计的完美实现；

3.关注所负责产品的设计动向和数据，及时总结，为业务提供专业的意见及建议；

4.在设计中积累沉淀，形成设计规范和标准，提升工作效率.

 

任职要求：

1.美术、设计相关专业本科及以上学历；

2.从事UI设计及交互设计工作7年以上，拥有扎实的美术功底和创意能力；

3.对产品和逻辑具备较强的横向理解，具有丰富的项目经验；

4.具有较强的审美能力，出色的沟通及语言表达能力；

5.有丰富的设计理论知识和对流行趋势敏锐的洞察力，推动改善提升团队的设计能力；

6.精通PS、AI、Sketch等设计软件，熟练使用AE、C4D者优先。
