Description and Requirements

Are you a trusted finance business partner working with the sales and marketing teams to provide accurate data in a timely manner? Can you provide key financial data to the UK&I and EMEA management teams?

In this role you will lead in the delivery of actual, budgets and forecasts processes for a specific business model. You will also have full P&L responsibility by Business Model, reviewed monthly /quarterly and YTD.

What are your other detailed responsibilities?
• Reconcile month end results, provide commentary and recommendations
• Business Partner with Sales Directors to provide analysis across the business unit to drive cost efficiencies and revenue generation o Interpreting results into plans to improve future results
• Identifying any controls issues and driving improvements to close any gaps
• Support Audit/tax compliance activity as required
• Undertake ad-hoc projects
• Attending relevant management team meetings and finance team meetings
• Deputise for CFO as required

Organization: You will report to CFO UK&I. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

What you’ll bring to Lenovo
• Experience of the annual reporting and planning cycles, financial controls and systems
• ACA/CIMA Qualified accountant
• Operational support experience particularly in a Sales and Marketing environment
• Ability to deliver credible analysis and insight into the results, driving process changes
• Planning and forecasting skills
• Good understanding of finance systems (SAP, Oracle)
• Ability to influence, challenge and support both financial and non-financial managers
• Ability to prioritize work load, meeting tight deadlines
• Commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Ability to present data to all levels in the organization making it relevant and suitable the audience
