Description and Requirements
You'll be responsible for:
1. BMS Support to relevant Business Unit(s):
- Ensuring the input is received and consolidated on time for reviews
- Participate in the country reviews along with the Business Unit Sales Director
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the commercial processes of the supported Business Unit
2. Demand planning support & Order Management Support to the relevant Sales Team
- Order management escalations & monitoring the backlog and take appropriate action
- Escalate Critical Orders with Customer Fulfilment Team
- Management of order deferrals for relevant BU
3. Incentive & Commission support for Sales Quota deployment & acceptance
- Assist I&C in providing eligible employee list & Sales Plan Design Types assigned & Work Closely with the I&C team on system and process issues
4. Process Improvements
- Work with key stakeholders to improve efficiencies through refining processes, tools and fully utilising systems
- Where required, create reporting solutions to drive greater decision making across the business
- Support the UKI Sales Business Units with the successful implementation of new refinements, releases and launches
- Support One Lenovo vision & roll out as required
You'll have:
- Strong Excel skills. Ability to build macros advantageous but not critical.
- Demonstrated ability to structure data effectively via new reports and dashboards
- Strong communicator and able to translate data to needs of target audience
- Collaborative and ability to engage key stakeholders
- Strong Commercial acumen
- Methodical and organized
- Finance skills advantageous but not necessary
