Description and Requirements

User Experience Designer



Understand and interpret business needs into actionable design solutions and think strategically across lines of business to create transformative products. Contribute to the design process from design thinking through user testing. Act as a change agent and evangelist for customer experience. Apply best practices in user experience design and user research insights into product designs. Design interactions at the product and enterprise levels, ranging from small feature iterations to larger more complex experiences. Assist Product Managers and Scrum Masters to prepare designs for development.


Requirements:

Master’s Degree

6 or more months of relevant experience

UX design interdependencies; UX design component systems; UX design frameworks and rules; UX design tools and testing methodologies.
