Responsibilities:

This rol you will have to take a leadership role as the technical solition arquitect specialist of Vmware Data Center Solutions.

Secures input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer adapts solutions, as necessary, to ensure appropriate support. Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and Lenovo.

Prepare product demonstrations and create proof of Concept at any level depending on customer requirements of both Brands and Mentoring in Lenovo to make them more effective in selling solutions will be part of your job.

Accountabilities and Performance Measures.

 
Achieves product growth targets for the assigned geography, channel, sales team, or account base

Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.

Completes required training and development objectives within the assigned time frame.
Develop entire certification & Training Paths for resellers and business partners depending on each product platform launch, within the assigned time frame.
Achieves assigned productivity and profitability.

Requirements

Experience working within a datacenter

Expecience in arquitect  Vimware: Hyperconvergence (VSAN), Cloud VMWARE, Cloud Foundation, KUBERNETES; HCi (Hyperconvergence), CLOUD, Consolidation Architecture, VDI, BROADCOM

Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
