Description and Requirements

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VMware Technical & Project Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of VMware products and will be responsible for creating content and marketing assets that support the company's product marketing efforts and liaise with the local marketing and sales team to activate such content and keep control and track KPI.

You will be reporting to our ISG Country Manager looking after our enterprise customers,

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies that will drive the growth of VMware sales including Enterprise License Agreement (ELA) sales for Lenovo's customers
  • Work closely with Lenovo's sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer
  • Build strong relationships with customers and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers, highlighting the features and benefits of Lenovo's VMware solutions
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on product features and enhancements based on customer feedback
  • Track and report on sales activities and progress towards goals



  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on VMware solutions and Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong relationships with customers
  • Strong understanding of the VMware market and competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
