VMware系统工程师

1、负责联想全球VMware平台的实施部署，运维，故障处理等。

2、保障联想全球VMware平台正常运行。

3、负责联想全球服务器运行支持。

5.    熟悉VMware vSphere/VSAN/NSX/Horizon/VCD/VRA/VRO/ vCloud Availability/VMware Usage Meter等产品；

6.    了解Linux下LVS、HAproxy、keepalive、HAE、RHCS、Corosync、pacemaker 等负载均衡或集群系统；

7.    了解系统及平台的架构设计、故障分析处理、系统调优，健康检查，安全修复等；

8.    了解ansible，shell、python、 Perl至少一种脚本的使用；

9.    了解服务器硬件，对多个服务器厂商的硬件管理，运维及维修有一定的经验；

10.    具备良好的英文书写及沟通能力；

11.    有Exchange的实施部署，运维，故障处理能力优先；

12.    有存储技术、网络技术，容器技术、Openstack的等技术栈的经验优先；

13.    有VCP、RHCE等认证优先。
