Winning at the Point Of Sale (POS) is critical for Moto's success. The merchandising team is responsible to drive strategy, development, and implementation of state of the art, innovative, cost effective yet simple merchandising solutions, making Moto brand stand out at the POS (physical and digital) and allowing consumers and sales reps to experience and demonstrate our products. This role allows growth to broader responsibilities in Trade and Channel Marketing for North America or other regions. This position will be based in Chicago, IL

The North America Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for strategy, development, and implementation of merchandising for product launches at major operators, national retailers, and dealers.

  • Lead visual merchandising projects which entails coordination and interaction with select customers, external agencies and vendors as well as internal teams, creating display concepts, ensuring budget planning and approval and coordinating logistics for flawless execution of merchandising aspects, physical and digitalPlan and manage budget, vendors and timelines to execute merchandising rollouts flawlessly
  • Establish success metrics, KPIs and assess ROI to optimize investment and merchandising impact effectiveness
  • Responsible for developing and managing the communication of all merchandising directives and standards as they relate to products and/or services marketing and campaign collateral.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years relevant experience at POS

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 5 years leading complex merchandising projects in major markets with proven record of flawless execution and innovation in the wireless industry
  • Solid analytical and strong project management skills
  • Very proactive, innovative and flexible attitude
  • Excellent in multitasking, comfortable with high pace work environment and great in building long lasting relationships
  • Experience in working with vendors, agencies and customers in developing fixtures and merchandising displays
  • Experience leading large projects, customers and teams
