General Info
Lenovo is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager for the Consumer Visuals and Accessories segments to help further develop a growing Lenovo ecosystem in Romania. You will be responsible to grow the business with key retail and channel partners but also develop market verticals for these two categories of products. Interfacing with Product Operations, Product Management and the Marketing team you will prepare the sales plans and manage go-to-market strategy. This makes you a crucial and visible team member across the board!
Your detailed responsibilities are:
- Create the Business Planning both in terms of Sell-In and Sell-out for Consumer Visuals and Accessories categories.
- Develop the Channel Business for Lenovo Consumer Categories.
- Identify key customer requirements, identify the growing market segments and recommend sales actions to address new business opportunities for Lenovo with a special focus on Visuals and Accessories
- Prepare regular data analysis and comparison with the market and actual/ planned shipments
- Share trends and new biz opportunities with Product Management
- Responsible for product lifecycle management and strategic account relationship management
Organization
You will report to Romania Consumer Sales Leader and will have close interlock with the Markets Sales Leaders, Business Unit General Manager, EMEA Sales Ops Manager as well as GSC and Finance. You will be part of the Romanian Consumer Team – and will share common tasks, targets and objectives with the Team.
Position Requirements:
- 5 years previous experience in Sales/ Sales Management/Marketing in the IT industry
- Familiarity with both retail and reseller business in Romania
- Experience with Visuals and Accessories Business planning is a plus
- Ability to multi-task, research and analyze different distribution and retail situations, to adapt and respond to change
- Professional fluency in English and Romanian.
