Description and Requirements

Responsibility:
1.Take ownership of Visuals business performance in dedicated regions. 
2.Plan and publish quarterly product transition roadmaps to GEO & regional product team.  
3.Work closely with GEO & regional product team; align the product portfolio, volume mix & gross margin target. with targeted markets and go to market initiatives.  
4.Understand local market demand and business situation, customize and localize our product strategy to meet different segment needs – commercial, consumer and Etail. 
5.Work with regional product t& sales team to drive sales.  
6.Tracks performance against target within the quarter and monitors product availability and potential liability. 
7.Track with regions on forecasting, stock management and sell in/sell out. Takes actions to reduce gaps in supply or demand and reduce excess inventory.
  
Requirement:
1.3+ years working experience in IT industry, with background of product management or channel management or online business. 
2.Strong business English reading & writing, product presentation skills. 
3.Working knowledge of market and competitive analysis, financial modeling practices, and familiarity with product cost analysis. 
4.Strong computer skills with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint programs.
