Description and Requirements

职责描述: 

1、 负责音频处理算法的DSP移植工作，以及MIPS和Memory优化

2、 基于算法原型，做C/C++代码开发，并验证移植后的处理结果；

3、 负责音频处理算法的开发，包括AEC/降噪/麦克风阵列信号处理/VAD等；

4、 开发多设备级联方案，负责多路信号处理后的择优算法；

5、 负责软硬件实现，性能调优，问题的分析与解决，使产品达到市场性能要求；

任职要求：

1. 声学、信号处理、自动化、通信、电子工程、计算机类，硕士及以上学历，且10年以上工作经验；

2. 具有较强数学功底，有独立的理论分析、推导能力，熟练掌握数字信号处理、音频信号处理等学科理论知识；

3. 熟悉音频算法基本原理, 熟悉回声消除/降噪/麦克风阵列信号处理等；

4. 熟悉C/C++，CMake及各种平台编译工具

5. 具有良好的英语阅读和书写能力；

6. 主动积极并具有团队合作精神，自我激励的能力，和良好的沟通技巧。
