Description and Requirements

职责描述: 

1、 负责语音处理算法的ARM平台移植工作，以及MIPS和Memory优化

2、 基于语音算法原型，做C/C++代码开发，将算法移植到目标平台（NXP/Qualcomm/MTK等）；

3、 开发Linux/Android语音算法库集成，Windows APO 音频驱动开发；

4、 语音处理链路的调试工具设计

任职要求：

1. 声学、信号处理、自动化、通信、电子工程、计算机类，硕士及以上学历，且10年以上工作经验；

2. 具有较强数学功底，有独立的理论分析、推导能力，熟练掌握数字信号处理、音频信号处理等学科理论知识；

3. 熟悉音频算法基本原理, 熟悉回声消除/降噪/麦克风阵列信号处理等；

4. 熟悉C/C++，CMake及各种平台编译工具

5. 具有良好的英语阅读和书写能力；

6. 主动积极并具有团队合作精神，自我激励的能力，和良好的沟通技巧。
