Description and Requirements

■About the organization and team 
Own the mission of business development and sales expansion of assigned workstation products and solution via the relationship with high-touch sales for the Global Account Business (GAB). Workplace is negotiable either in Tokyo or Osaka area.  

■Role 
- Developing and driving quarterly/yearly WS business for GAB automotive customers specific to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, and Mazda groups.
- Align with high touch sales team and partners for strategic planning and execution to achieve sales budget and business growth.
- Pipeline and opportunity management of WS products and solutions for assigned GAB automotive customers. 


■Key Interaction with:
High touch sales for GAB automotive customers, partner, and product marketing.

■Business Trip (Location, frequency):
1-2 times a week for assigned accounts Japan nationwide.  

■Career Path:
WS Automotive Business Development Manager skill can be extended to various possibilities (management roles such as Sales GM/Product/Project Manager and others) in future. 

Must Have – essential
-5 years or more account sales, solution sales, or business development experience in PC or/and enterprise products such as server / workstation / storage systems. 
-Ability to contribute to business promotion and expansion of products with collaboration with internal and external stakeholders with competitive differentiation & out of box solution.
-Business English capability is required.
-Native Japanese
