Description and Requirements

Lenovo commercial ARVR business unit is an apart of Lenovo corporate’s strategic emerging business investment program, it operates as-if startup company inside the corporation with support from Lenovo’s corporate functions such as global supply chain, research, HQ, and global sales network.   Commercial ARVR spent last 2 years bringing in talented experts in commercial ARVR space from everywhere and introduced the first generation of product sets to the global market through Lenovo’s global commercial sales outlet.     Now, we are transitioning to the new phase, equivalent to the C round in the startup world, scaling up business from emerging to growth state.

The BU operations and E2E enablement manager takes crucial roles in connecting fully startup mode of operations and Lenovo’s mature global operating platforms.  This role requires familiarity in the hardware product planning, development, production, fulfilment, & Business unit operations.

At the same time, person needs to have challenging spirit and strength & flexibilities under high stress and ambiguity environment. 

BU operations and E2E enable manager will work with multiple offering delivery team (ODT) in PRC and the US, and take a responsibility to make sure all dots are connected from the factory floor to the world wide customers’ hand.  This role requires tight communications and mutual trusted relationship with key functions across Lenovo, particularly global supply chain and product business units.



Responsibilities

  • Participate and contribute to the multiple product offerings delivery team (ODT) activities.
  • Work with fulfilment & BTIT functions to enable WW offering delivery capability of the commercial ARVR products
  • Run commercial AR Sales operation cadence for the BU by coordinating with various Lenovo sales operation functions
  • Participate in WW and regional sales operations cadences as a representative of commercial AR BU and create supply plan proposal for the commercial ARVR BU
  • Build and maintain supply & demand dashboard consists of Sales pipeline & demand forecast and supply planning
  • Co-work with BU CFO and business manager and construct BU dash board for the BU performance – revenue, Sales expenses, etc.  Always on top of the state of the BU business performance
  • Participate and present dashboard at the BU Operations cadence – New Product Introduction, weekly team meeting, bi-weekly ops review, etc.
  • Proficiency in Lenovo’s business unit operations.  Minimum 2 years experiences preferred



Basic Qualifications

Position Requirements:

·        B.S. in related fields.

·        5+ years working on technology related sales operations programs

·        Strong project management skills

·        Demonstrate financial acumen, systems knowledge, and overall business insight.

·        Proven presentation skills both in presentation and creation.

·        Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in a related role

·        Strong analytical, problem solving and strategic abilities

Preferred Qualifications

·        M.S in related fields with MBA

·        Proficiency in Lenovo’s sales operations process

·        Superior Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint skills

·        Superior communications skills, both verbal and written, as well as refined presentation skills with the ability to present to a leadership team on a weekly basis

·        Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously

·        Candidates with previous experience in the Computer hardware industry are strongly preferred
