Description and Requirements
WW BI & Reporting Manager will lead team responsible for building insightful & interactive reports in Qlik Sense based on requirements from key business stakeholders, mainly within Sales and Sales operations community. They populate regular BMS reports and support leadership team with relevant review materials.
Management and analysis of relevant data & information from numerous internal & external sources are key to provide reports, analysis and recommendations to business that will help to make insightful business decisions, to drive growth and measure success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the performance, engagement and motivation of the team, ensuring internal customer needs are understood and agreed deliverables and service levels are met. They will also drive innovation and excellence in customer experience in the team.
The WW BI & Reporting Manager will be the key contact for leadership/ management teams as users of BMS reports and will drive Qlik Sense usage increase within Sales organization.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience within the field;
- 3 years of people management experience;
- Familiarity with Lenovo reporting and data environment;
- Executive level presentation skills;
- Ability to work with Cross Functional Teams;
- Strong ability to analyze situations and recommend actions/solutions;
- Proven ability to deal with complexity;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to influence decision makers and enforce data and reporting standards.
