Description and Requirements
Lenovo is looking to hire a World-wide Device as a Service (DaaS) Enablement Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Asses current seller experiences and document pain points that could be addressed through the sales enablement function platform
- Assist in developing the product roadmap end to end: driving ideation, planning, vendor management and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners worldwide to implement and manage projects
- Evangelize DaaS and drive buy-in and support where required by partnering with Lenovo global sales teams and key executive geo leaders
- Collaborate extensively with geo services teams to develop programs, events, training, and opportunities across verticals
- Provide regular analysis of the impact from delivered investments in programs, trainings, and initiatives
- Support geos as WW DaaS subject matter expert to relevant teams during and stakeholder reviews as needed
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5 -10+ years’ of sales enablement management experience including program management, portfolio development, sales training, partner alliance management, and sales effectiveness fundamentals
- Strong knowledge of services sales and the services lifecycle consisting of plan, configure, deploy, support, manage, and retire stages
- Strong knowledge of “as a Service” industry trends, associated solutions, and key partner solutions
- Global and multicultural mindset. Skilled people person, who is immensely persuasive and effective in communicating ideas across large teams
- Ability to think big picture and strategically without getting lost in details, with the capability to drive tactical teams to execution and consistently deliver exceptional results
- An understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly
- Strong background in IT sales and comfort with the domain language of sales and IT seller responsibilities, motivations, and challenges
- Exposure to incubation businesses with an entrepreneurial spirit and zest for creating new processes and solutions to push through barriers to success
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or Advanced technical degree
- Consumption based experience in SaaS, DaaS, or Cloud Services
- Experience with MS Dynamics, Salesforce & ServiceNow
