Description and Requirements

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage System Integrators, Telco and Consulting Verticals business performance
  • Present WW Roll up of the business to the Sales Leadership team on a weekly basis
  • Prepare Vertical BMS Cadence deck and review with Sales Executive monthly
  • Support the WW VP of Sales analysis and feedback w/ expeditious requests such as business trends and or specific requests for data points
  • Involved in supply prioritization analysis and consolidation at a vertical level as well as in product transition roadmaps
  • Help organize schedule and liaison with Global Accounts Office towards successful annual Account Planning Reviews
  • Support Team as an enabler removing obstacles and following through resolution of help needed items - E2E ownership and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Identify & implement process improvements to increase the team efficiency & effectiveness. Help develop top quality procedures and control check points to proactively find errors and gaps.
  • Serve as the single point of contact between Regional / Geo and WW Sales Operations Teams as well as WW Incentives & Commissions teams for any questions regarding sales operations for respective verticals
  • Analyze commission reports to identify any trends (Segment, Sub-Segment, Element, Offering, etc.)
  • Identify & implement process improvements to increase visibility and reporting of the business, as well as properly flow of financial and commissionable revenues. Help develop top quality procedures and control check points to properly consolidate the business management system. 

Basic Requirements:

  • Undergrad degree or equivalent experience
  • Superior Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills is a must
  • Project management skills
  • 3 - 5 years of previous experience in the IT industry
  • Previous experience with Business Analysis and Sales Operations

  • Team player attitude with the ability to work proactively & autonomously
