Description and Requirements

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and maintaining pricing delegation recommendations for various products and regions.
  • Ensure pricing delegations  aligned with business objectives.
  • Analyze pricing changes and assess their impact on revenue, market competitiveness, and business performance.
  • Assist in developing reports and dashboards to track pricing effectiveness.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for IT implementations, identifying discrepancies and assisting with issue resolution.
  • Respond to inquiries from regional teams, troubleshoot pricing issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to optimize business results.
  • Generate summaries and presentations to summarize pricing trends, impacts, and recommendations.
  • Assist with ad-hoc related requests from leadership.

Role  Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a pricing role.   Financial analysis, operations, or data analytics skills a plus.  Industry experience a plus.
  • Technical Skills and Analytics:
  • Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI).
  • Familiarity with SQL, CRM systems, or pricing software is a plus..
  • Communication & Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally and clearly communicate insights.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and process improvement.

Base gross monthly salary starts from 1800 EUR. The final offer could be, of course, negotiated higher than the advertised minimum - it all depends on your experience! In addition, there is also variable part (a bonus) in value of 12% of your annual earnings.
