Description and Requirements

Part of the WW Incentives & Commissions Team, the WW SCOM Analytics Specialist will support the Geo’s and Business groups by providing value add reporting and analytics around all areas of Sales Compensation.    In addition to supporting Geo and BG Sales Operations,  as well as WW and Geo Finance teams,  the WW SCOM Analytics Specialist will play a key role within WW I&C by harmonizing monthly and quarterly SCOM forecasting and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Produce metrics showing effectiveness of Sales Plans,  including SPIFs, Win Bonuses and other Incentives
  • Model the impact of  Changes in Performance Metrics & Weightings within Sales Plan (Elements/Gates)
  • Provide what-if / scenario analysis to support business decisions on Sales Plan design
  • Govern the monthly WW SCOM Forecasting Process,  providing dashboards and insights to WW & Geo Leadership
  • Harmonize Quarterly Global SCOM Reporting
  • Drive innovation & automation by leveraging Anaplan and Qliksense to support WW SCOM Reporting & Analytics
  • Support the Geo’s & Business Groups with any ad-hoc reporting requirements relating to Sales Plan / Commission Expense

You'll report to Sales Ops Sr. Manager. You will participate in weekly collaborative planning calls and meetings.

  • Minimum 5 years experience working within Incentives & Commissions / Sales Compensation
  • Strong Understanding of Lenovo’s Sales Compensation Framework
  • Experience of producing Executive Level presentations
  • Proficient Excel user
  • Strong communication skill (English) both written and verbal
  • Anaplan / Qliksense experience preferred but not essential

Base gross monthly salary from minimum 2250 EUR and above, depending on experience + variable part
