Description and Requirements

The Worldwide Solution Campaign Manager is part of the Worldwide Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Marketing team and reports to the Director, WW ISG Solutions Marketing. As a Lenovo Senior Solution Campaign Manager, you will serve as the primary marketing liaison for ISG Storage Business Unit, focusing on data management and storage campaigns, solutions, offerings, messaging, sales enablement, go-to-market, customer value prop, and deliverables. You will develop compelling and differentiated content and messaging supporting ISG data management and storage offerings, launches, events, customer engagement, and demand generation campaigns, including but not limited to customer case studies, webinars, eBooks, videos, briefings, white papers, and whiteboard sessions, podcasts, and videos. 
 
You are the marketing Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ISG Data Management and Storage domain, who aligns with the Storage Business Unit and formulates our marketing campaign strategy and plan. As the primary storage marketing SME, you need a clear understanding of the data management and storage market, including competitive offerings, trends, technologies, customer pain points, partners, and routes to market, including direct, channel, and ISVs, while formulating an integrated marketing plan.

Primary responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

  • Provide solution campaign marketing to support data management and storage offerings
  • Develop supportive messaging, value proposition, competitive differentiation, and Go to Market plan/strategy
  • Identify and track marketing performance via a set of agreed KPIs,  and communicate progress to executive management via monthly dashboards
  • Conduct regular interlocks with the Storage Business Unit leads and senior management to ensure our GTM and RTM is aligned, communicated, funded, executed, and approved

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in different aspects of Sales and/or Product Management from account management, partner sales creation to technical acumen and knowledge of datacenter solutions
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure, datacenter, edge computing systems, Cloud, compute, storage, networking, and security
  • Proven experience as a Product Marketing Manager, Brand Manager, or similar role
  • Proven marketing experience in developing broad range of influential content
  • Experience in market analysis
  • Familiar with product marketing tactics and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools
  • BS in Marketing and/or Engineering or similar


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of data center hardware technologies and products
  • Creativity, excellent communication skills, and detail oriented
  • Preferred location: Chicago, IL; Austin, TX; Raleigh-Durham, NC; Boston, MA
