Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Warranty Finance support in Centralized Billing validation team responsible for Billing process and daily support to service providers on payments and billing related queries.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensures on time communication and quality support to service partners regarding payment and Pay for performance reports, payment amounts and reimbursement plan

• Manages billing process to service partners including part pricing check, CMR process and credit process support

• Validates claim statuses and claim tiers in the system to ensures smooth payments and correct claim amounts

• Maintains Finance data and reimbursement accounts

• Updates Finance & Billing process documentation

· NA Field Service Team

· NA Services Operations

· Service Management Support centre

· Centralized billing team

Required:

Skills:

· Communication skills - ability to cooperate with different functions on solving an issue

· Presentation skills - ability to present on the calls in front of Field Service team

· IT skills (MS Office)

· Business level English skills both written and verbal

Experience:

· 1-2 years of experience in customer support area

· Knowledge of Services Operations is an advantage

Behaviour:

· Organized person with attention to detail, keeping deadlines

· Must be able to work independently without close supervision

· Proactive team player with positive approach

· Be able to work under pressure
