Description and Requirements

• Responsible for refining community website specifications, developing widgets, customizing/developing extensions and resolving technical issues. • To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience in building widgets and extensions on community platform and in-depth knowledge of the following programming languages: .NET, C#, VTL, and JavaScript. • Ultimately, you will ensure our Community websites are up and running and cover both internal and customer needs. • Identify user and system requirements for new business requirements • Assess wireframes to decide on layout, and feasibility within OOTB platform • features Write or review code for various widgets or applications using Telligent Script APIs Run functionality testing and debug code • Liaise with designers to decide on UI/UX elements (like graphics and navigation buttons) • Maintain documentation and repository • Acquire knowledge of our community platform and internal tools, to support maintenance and troubleshooting issues to maintain 100% uptime • Knowledge of programming language, preferably .NET, C#, JavaScript, Python or PHP or VTL • Solid knowledge of HTML/CSS Experience with mockup and UI prototyping tools Using Jira to track and report works • Understanding of security practices • Understand and monitor web performance, suggest and take corrective actions • Familiarity with network diagnostics tools
