Overseas website content operation
1. Responsible for the release and maintenance of the content of Lenovo’s overseas after-sales website for commercial and consumer products. Based on the provided content materials, such as software drivers, applications, manuals, international warranty information, etc., maintain the official overseas after-sales website of Lenovo (support.lenovo.com)
2. Maintain IWS, service providers information on website timely per service business needs
3. Collect new product information, organizing, and assist in new product launch work
4. Maintain knowledge base platform user management based on user registration information
5. Handle content service-related issues timely, create issue numbers, handle and complete the closed loop
6. website localization for content, cross-team work with stakeholder, dev team, pub team, service team
Job requirements
1. 3-5 years of work experience, English major, computer major preferred
2. Bachelor or Master degree, able to communicate via email and meetings in English and Chinese
3. Proficient in using Excel, Power point and other office software
4. Has experience in content operation and service field
5. Be able to use Confluence and have experience in agile development. HTML page development is preferred.
