Description and Requirements

Job responsibilities

Manage tasks and projects efficiently to refresh web contents and improve web experience in order to support Lenovo eCommerce business growth in AP region. Work closely with AP eCommerce Business teams to understand Web merchandising priorities and Web UX requirements, create web update requirements in alignment with business intention, UX best practice and data insights, and preside over execution.

  • ·       Execute ecommerce merchandising activities: Web promotions (all routes), New product launch & campaigns.
    •        Manage Web Production tasks through online project management tool. Ensure task priorities and due dates are aligned with Business, and lead developers & designers to execute with efficiency and accuracy.
    •        Participate in weekly promotional meetings. Submit briefs for promotion-related tasks to web production team for implementation in line with the ANZ Promotional calendar for e.g. new low price merchandising, best seller etc. 
    •        Perform QA on merchandising and promotion pages to ensure accuracy of information, prices, graphics, etc. prior to going live. Review the business and cultural appropriateness of content & design for local web audience.
    •        Compile and submit briefs for landing pages for interactive marketing team’s demand generation programs.
    •        Participate in UX optimization plans (global & local) and assist with set-up and QA of tests.
    •        Support global team to ensure compliance of AP websites with global content and merchandising guidelines.


  • ·       Ability to use strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects with different deadlines. Working level knowledge of Project Management and some experience in this area.
  • Working level knowledge of Web User Experience. Good self-initiative with the ability to identify and suggest areas of improvement. Fine attention to detail with the ability to execute and launch content accordingly.
  • ·       Experience of web marketing, social media marketing, demand generation, consumer fan group management is a plus
  • ·       Possess a positive attitude and able to work in a collaborative and energetic team environment.
