Description and Requirements


The 4P Product Manager oversees product portfolios, pricing, and marketing campaigns. Working closely with Lenovo Operations, marketing, and channel sales teams, you analyze market conditions and develop tools to monitor key performance indicators. Independently managing forecasts, you strive for accuracy and take corrective action as needed.


Responsibilities:



  • Drive initiatives to maximize product mix, margin, and overall contribution to the portfolio and business.
  • Build, implement, and execute product demand generation programs aligned with financial goals.
  • Analyze market research, customer feedback, and campaign performance data to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Evaluate performance against plan and take corrective actions to achieve business goals.
  • Provide input to annual and quarterly planning cycles based on key financial metrics.
  • Identify partnership opportunities to grow the business.
  • Manage product transitions to maximize revenue and profit.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting for relevant products.

Qualifications:


  • Strong understanding of product life cycle management.
  • Familiarity with promotional programs for SMB and consumer markets.
  • Knowledge of corporate customer buying behaviour.
  • Proficiency in PC and Workstation products and technology.
  • Mastery of competitors’ offerings, strategies, and plans.
  • Results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven marketing approach.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for technology and deep understanding of the PC landscape.
