Description and Requirements


The Workplace Solutions Product Manager will be tasked with driving the Workplace Solutions business in the Asia Pacific as a subject matter expert (SME) for workplace and CRE technology solutions.   They will work closely with Lenovo regional sales teams, solution architects, and business partners on customer engagements; directly engaging with customers as the product and domain experts.  They will educate and promote Lenovo Workplace solutions to Lenovo GTM teams, training them on product value propositions, selling strategies, applications and pricing strategies.   The Workplace Solutions Product Manager will also leverage their industry knowledge and customer insights to provide requirements and guidance to the Lenovo portfolio, service, and engineering teams to enhance Lenovo’s offerings. 

Role Capabilities:

This role requires a blend of domain expertise in workplace technology solutions as well as product management and sales/marketing skills.  The ideal candidate will have prior technical and commercial knowledge of several workplace/building/real estate technologies such as workspace booking software, building management systems (BMS), digital signage, occupancy analytics, collaboration solutions, commercial AV, or IoT solutions.   The candidate should possess persuasive presentation and excellent communication skills as well as exceptional relationship management skills as they will be working directly with customers and key strategic partners. They should have prior experience selling, marketing, or in product management of complex solutions.   

Role Requirements:

  • Experience selling or marketing to Workplace / CRE customers with proven results

  • 5+ Years of Workplace Solutions industry experience (CRE/Smart Building/Commercial AV/ Collaboration, etc.)

  • 7+ Years with responsibilities for sales, business development, marketing, or product management

  • A passion for engaging, listening to, and learning from others
