Description and Requirements

As part of the Global Lenovo Advanced Solutions B2B Commercial Marketing team, we are looking for an experienced Workstation Solutions Marketing Manager to support the growing Lenovo’s professional workstations business. This team member will support the global marketing strategy and execute marketing plans to elevate and drive awareness for Lenovo’s ThinkStation and ThinkPad P Series workstation portfolio.

You will work with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Vertical managers, Regional Marketing, Web, Sales Enablement/Training, channel, and Alliance partners.  This is a B2B Marketing role in a matrix organization reporting to the Director of Global Advanced Solutions Marketing. 

As a solutions marketer, you will drive the execution of the overall marketing plan & strategy, and you will also be responsible for presenting the Lenovo workstation solutions story to a wide array of audiences internally and externally. You will use your marketing mastery to implement demand gen content streams and mid-funnel to low-funnel nurture campaigns driving brand awareness and consideration for Lenovo’s innovative solutions in workstations. 

Responsibilities:
  * Work closely with global solutions marketing and workstation business team to align business goals and objectives and convert into meaningful marketing solutions and programs that deliver engagement, leads, revenue, sales & profit.
  * Manage the marketing cadences with the extended marketing teams across multiple regions
  * Act as the workstation liaison for the core and extended teams
  * Manage product launch readiness for key announcements and milestones, identifying the key messages and ensuring clear communication between relevant stakeholders.
  * Lead the development of the product messaging strategy, sales enablement collateral, content, creative development and agency management
  * Align brand narratives and business objectives with the team’s content strategies.
  * Own performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of launch and campaign activities; Work with the marketing operations team to setup and manage performance KPIs, providing top level and deep insight reporting.

Basic Qualifications:
  * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related field 
  * 8+ years of experience and proven track record in executing successful B2B marketing programs, experience in product marketing a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:
  * Excellent copy writing and editing skills, ensuring key messages are clear and compelling.
  * Excellent organization and proven project management skills with the ability to think strategically but work tactically in a dynamic environment and successfully operate on a wide range of topics and projects at one time.
  * Self-Starter with strong work ethic and ability to quickly grasp technical concepts with strong attention to detail
  * Excellent technical acumen, with a history of taking complicated solutions and building simple, impactful marketing assets and programs.
  * Experience leading engagements with marketing agency partners.
  * Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with both internal and external customers.
  * Candidates must have excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills


The base salary range budgeted for this position is $100,000- $140,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo’s various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
