Description and Requirements

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for eCommerce strategy, executing plans and delivering results of the Lenovo Workstation business across GTAP region.
  • Dedicated to Workstation products, fostering in-depth expertise and tailoring strategies to local markets.
  • Ownership and accountability within Workstation business and Marketing brand teams.
  • Bridges the gap between Lenovo Workstation brand and customers, turning a one-time visitor into a lifelong fan.
  • Works closely with sales/marketing/operation team to develop GTAP Workstation business through thoughtful business strategy, Marketing planning and execution via web-based.
  • Strong communication and influence skills across business unit and function departments.
  • Optimize Workstation product lineup, manage forecast, optimize pricing, and stay aligned with customer demand and market trends.
  • Articulates the Lenovo Workstation Vision internally and externally.

Key Interaction with:

  • High touch with in-country stakeholders and Inside Sales team, business partners, Strategic Alliances and ISVs to drive business strategy execution.
  • Weekly interlock with GTAP Workstation Lead and keep regular business connection.
  • Close collaboration with GTAP e-Commerce Lead to promote shared decision-making and reducing layers of hierarchy.


  • 5+years above experience in successfully web/online selling experience.
  • Candidates will have an intricate understanding of the eCommerce space.
  • Proven experience of leveraging in Web business development especially commercial products in similar industry are preferred.
  • Strong inter-personal and communications skills.
  • Individual with agility, fosters innovation and facilitates quick decision-making.
  • Team player, proactive and a self-motivator with a strong drive for success.
  • Possess an entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking is preferred.
  • Some understanding the dynamic Architecture, Engineering, and Construction Industry (AEC), High-tech manufacturing, Media & Entertainment Industry (M&E), and distribution business.
  • Multilingual can be a plus
