Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced global commercial marketer for its tablet business unit. This position will be responsible for creating and driving global marketing strategies, product messaging, product showcase at events and market activities to engage current partners and acquire & grow new business partners globally. The job will require creation of content marketing, campaigns, success stories and programs for our internal and external teams deploying tablets in enterprises. As part of the segment marketing team you will report to the Senior Product Marketing for tablet and be a member of the Tablet and Smart Device Product Marketing team based in our Beijing headquarters. Your responsibilities will cover Determine the product positioning and KSP, working closely with the Product Management team; Establishing the product story, briefs and collaterals needed to brief internal and external functions prior to launch; Support sell-in teams with compelling material: product claims; white papers; customer testimonials; presentations, videos and demos; Support product launch at global events working closely with the Global Events team; Serve as a true product evangelist and a strong customer advocate; Manage marketing relationship with partners of all sorts from OS-level to app-level to integration-level; Conduct social listening, Service deep dives and Create a self-optimizing feedback loop for continuous improvement for product development and in marketing go-to-market support; Train geography- and country- teams on the product; Integrate with best-practices commercial PC and accessory teams; Linkedin 3+ years of commercial marketing Experience at Geo or Global level; Proficient in English and Mandarin Excellent writing and verbal communication skills; Based in Beijing or willingness to relocate immediately is a requirement; Passionate about the technology industry; Goal oriented, organized, self-motivated, creative, have a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team; Preferred IT/PC+ industry work experience Advanced PowerPoint and presentation skills; Top national engineering or business school degree Technical knowledge Track record of success
