Description and Requirements

工作职责:

1、制定内容营销策略及规划:根据品牌与产品上市规划,制定内容营销策略及规划,并负责执行与及时调整;

2、内容矩阵搭建及运营:制定内容策略定位、内容规划、传播规划及自有账号运营策略。种草内容类型涵盖短视频、直播、图文。精耕内容: 产出针对不同产品、渠道、消费人群等特性的优质内容,实现良好种草效果;

3、达人合作:搭建与维护达人库,能根据不同的产品和营销目标选择不同的达人合作,能输出合作brief、指导与审核内容方向,并针对达人合作效果调整策略。

4、了解微博、小红书、抖音等social阵地的玩法。能根据平台特性策划内容、活动,选择合适的宣推方式,形成一套方法论;

5、洞察竞品策略、搭建品牌调性,能组织策划一些品牌向的social活动;

6、具有自制视频、直播能力优先。

岗位要求: 

1、统招本科及以上学历,市场营销、电子商务等相关专业;

2、市场相关工作经验5年以上;

3、有3C产品工作经验优先,有高端品牌内容营销经验优先;

4、具有协调沟通能力,项目管理能力,内容营销能力,数字营销专业能力,营销分析能力;
