Description and Requirements
Our mission is to provide support to the business and customers on payments, disputes, chargebacks and reconciliations.
Primary interaction of this team is with AR, Sales, Sales Support and Fulfillment to ensure customer satisfaction.
Main focus on orders placed through lenovo.com websites or through sales representatives while providing a great customer experience.
Primary interaction of this team is with Customer Service, Sales, Logistics, and Fulfillment.
We are looking for a professional graduated on Business Administration, Economics, Industrial engineering, with fluent English, and advance excel. (mandatory).
This role will be attended the Latin-American region, so we willing to work global ours.
