Personalization Product Owner
This position is for an individual that is a storyteller, analyst, strategist, and an evangelist for innovation. This individual will be responsible for data driven product ownership of personalization across Lenovo’s global eCommerce sites. This individual will work with a diverse group of business stakeholders to create & drive testing & personalization efforts with worldwide business goals. The ideal candidate must be a strong leader with demonstrated organization and decision-making skills. This role will be responsible for forging innovation that creates personalization cultural diffusion across the company.
Job responsibilities
The storytelling arc of the Personalization team. The ability to transition business technical narratives into business communication to pave the way of orchestration.
Drive Innovation as a product owner for testing across the personalization team – global data-informed personalization campaigns aligned with industry best practices and global business targets.
Create opportunities across eCommerce utilizing an innovative mindset of challenging narratives. In addition, be able to work with solutions on segment driven priorities to optimize the website for the future and now of the customer journey.
Utilize data driven techniques such as win rate to garner strategic prowess that allows for enhanced communication across the Personalization team and our stakeholders.
A high emotional quotient and excellent data driven communication skills are crucial since this position will work with multiple global cross-functional and external teams.
Attention to detail to provide excellence as a product owner. Ability to drive adherence to deadlines with many different teams in a proactive manner.
Comfortable with executive presentations, thought leadership and ability to proactively communicate across multiple business units and geographies in a highly matrix environment.
Basic:
8+ years of experience in a relevant field
3+ years in data translation to stakeholders of various digital literacy levels
Preferred:
7+ years of professional experience in Personalization highly mature test & learn environments
The ability to communicate and understand digital analytics is highly desirable
Experience with Content Supply Chain is desirable
Experience with Adobe Analytics or CJA is a plus
Experience presenting in conferences and webinars in the industry is a plus
A highly detailed PowerPoint orator
Understanding of effective eCommerce Personalization
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced environment where innovation is expected
Experience with segmentation, 1:1 Behavioral Targeting, A/B and multivariate (MVT) testing
