Description and Requirements

As EMEA eCommerce Segments Project Manager you will be responsible to develop all ecommerce segments projects to contribute to the attainment of segments targets in EMEA. You will lead the development of existing segments sites (LenovoPRO in priority, students, gaming, communities) as well as footprint extension in the rest of EMEA.

You will hold all EMEA projects for the relevant markets (Tier 1). Those projects will be as much as possible adapted and cascaded down in Rest of EMEA countries (Tier 2) including:
* Identification tools and registration processes
* Payment solutions
* UX implementation in liaison with the campaigns manager
* Customers relationship management tools (tiers management, databases,…)
* Communities' websites development / any other projects development.

You will interlock with:
* eCommerce segments managers to capture future features functionalities to develop and plan development and implementation,
* EMEA Campaigns manager to follow-up website improvements,
* EMEA segments managers,
* IT teams and any necessary teams to launch new markets (LenovoPro, Students, communities),
* Telesales team to drive inbound and outbound calls on top of the registration process,
* EMEA and local teams to syn-up developments and ensure a constant 2-way communication is established between the Segments team and other teams, WW Segments team to leverage WW initiatives and Analytics team to constantly check impact of campaigns in order to finetune traffic, conversion and AOV.

In terms of organization - you will report to EMEA Segments leader.

Your essential duties and responsibilities:

* LenovoPRO new countries development
* Work with the EMEA LenovoPRO manager to build and implement an EMEA footprint expansion for LenovoPRO "2 ways communication"
* coordinate communications between segment, local, OSMs, WW, IT and Marketing teams during the entire project until launch.
* LenovoPRO registration process development
* Develop LenovoPRO customers as well as members community registration by enhancing tools
* Be responsible for emailing campaigns with the help of the EMEA Campaigns manager and the LenovoPRO segment manager.
* Maintain a dashboard to check metrics on weekly, monthly, quarterly registrations. LenovoPRO payment methods development
* Check and develop LenovoPRO InvoiceMe 30 days credit line DaaS implementation Students SheerID implementation
* Follow-up SheerID implementation with the eCommerce Student Segment manager.

* Very good level of English and communicative skills
* At least 5 years+ of experience in E-Commerce and Online Sales
* Interlock with WW and local teams
* Capable understand challenges of E-Commerce and Online Sales
