Description and Requirements

Your Role

  • Understand short & long-term product roadmap and support feature delivery for lenovo.com
  • Support Agile process & solution delivery
  • Work with stakeholders to define and manage requirements for capabilities – includes business solution concepts, user stories, test case input, business case (ROI value) or other documents
  • Engage UX on Concept Work, Wireframes, Comps and Prototypes
  • Participate in Release & Sprint Planning
  • Support User Acceptance testing & Regression testing
  • Establish business and web success metrics with analytics team; monitor results
  • Drive need and priority throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Ensure that business and customer interests are represented, and that online development / engineering / user experience teams are aligned on those needs
  • Communicate Project status and Demos to Stakeholders & Executives
Requirements:
  • Rising senior or junior at a participating NC HBCU
  • Minimum 2.8 GPA
  • Undergraduate student

Required Experience

  • Knowledge/Experience in a product management environment, documenting requirements, business analysis driven by data & complex system integration
  • Knowledge of web technologies, such as XML, HTML, JavaScript, data feeds, web services/APIs
  • Knowledge/Experience with Agile, Scrum or other product methodologies
  • Strong communication, partnering skills and proven leadership
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Self-directed and proactive
  • Ability to work cross functionally to achieve desired results
  • Able to work across various time zones; off hours and long hours as needed
  • Clear sense of accountability & ownership
  • Focused on goals and the overall team and company objectives
  • Effectively builds & delivers presentations to all levels of management
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills
