Description and Requirements


We’re looking for a passionate, articulate, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our EMEA Services Sales team! 

As an eTail Channel Services Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving services sales through eTail business partners across EMEA region. 

You should have experience of transforming partner relationships by demonstrating how you help partners understand the offer and support the needs of markets they are managing to bring these to successful outcomes. You will be experienced in delivering end to end campaigns from creation to measurement of effectiveness and identification of areas for improvement. 

Your Responsibilities Include: 
  • Develop eTail channel business plans that identify growth opportunities, strategic motivators, process enhancement and forecasted sales Plan and execute promotional campaigns to increase services sales Cultivate relationship with key eTail channel partners. 
  • Align with PC sales to facilitate strategic dialogues with them and improve the operational foundation of the business. 
  • Set up and maintain business reviews with key eTailers to drive incremental growth Develop frameworks &guidance around eTail best practices. 
  • Advise & support different marketplaces to adopt new process. Engage with EMEA Services Product& Marketing team to develop eTail portfolio and drive successful launch. Work with services Business Manager in different marketplaces to develop dedicated e-tailers activities (Online promotions, advertisement, product display) to maximize sales opportunities. 
  • Build strong relationships with the PC channel sales team and other central supporting functions
You will report to  SMB Service Sale Lead. 

Requirements: 
  • 5+ years of direct and hands-on sales or category experience in eTail 
  • Strong knowledge of eTail business and activation levers, product flow and web store performance optimization 
  • Relationship building, communication and influencing skills 
  • An ability to think strategically and creatively 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
  • Be passionate about e-commerce and the customer experience 
  • Spoken and written proficiency in additional languages over and on top of English is an advantage
