Description and Requirements
This position is responsible for tracking and applying cost credits and funding adjustments to commission attainment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ticket management to apply cost credits end to end within the commission's process, ensuring credits are accurately applied to all sellers.
• Administer commission process by maintaining, tracking, reporting, and analyzing relevant revenue and commission data, ensuring accuracy.
Position Requirements: Student in Business Administration (or other related studies).
• Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Must be able to perform functions within Excel in order to manipulate and calculate data for analysis.
• Strong Interpersonal skills.
• Time management skills with the ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Knowledge of SQL is a plus (Hyperion Interactive Reporting).
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrate discretion in dealing with personally sensitive commissions and payment data.
