Description and Requirements

Your detailed responsibilities are:

  • Generate new business opportunity and growth within an assigned Business Partners of Lenovo Philippines
  • Conduct and lead quarterly business reviews internally and externally.
  • Work directly with clients to set strategy, programming and budgets.
  • Problem solver who identify root causes and provide solutions.
  • Establish, maintain and coordinate service dialogue between business units.
  • Work with customer teams to drive growth initiatives and lasting business relationships
  • Monitor revenue and Sell-Thru and Sell out attainment of these Business partners
  • To provide BP business updates to the Consumer Business Lead for future planning
  • To contribute to the overall targets on Revenue, Margins and Market Share for Consumer Market
  • Gather competitive Data and stay up to date on the latest industry trends and market intelligence
  • Ensure Business Partner's key personnel are contacted regularly and updated with Lenovo's directions, plans and executions
  • Making sure all managed partner's representatives understand the Lenovo portfolio and are aware of the promotions and offers within each quarter
  • Actively support and train the managed partner sales teams and other staff on Lenovo systems and processes
  • Alignment across all teams within Lenovo to ensure queries and issues are dealt with quickly

Position Requirements:

  • 5 years of previous experience in International Sales/ Sales Management/Marketing in the IT industry
  • Ability to multi-task, research, adapt, and respond to change
  • critical thinker with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills for negotiation and collaboration.
