Description and Requirements

A Training Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing training programs within an organization. They ensure that employees are well-trained and capable of performing their job responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Training Needs: Assess training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and consultations with managers.
  • Develop Training Programs: Design and expand training and development programs based on the needs of the organization and individual employees.
  • Coordinate Training Sessions: Schedule and organize training sessions, ensuring all logistical details are managed.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain Training Records: Keep detailed records of training activities, attendance, and outcomes.
  • Recruit and Train Trainers: Hire and train new trainers, delegate training tasks, and evaluate their performance.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with developments in training by attending seminars, reading relevant journals, and networking with other professionals.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools
  • Ability to assess training needs and develop appropriate programs
  • Experience in training and development or a related field
Candidates must be able to work onsite, 5 days a week at our Whitsett location.
