Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and develop the business relationship at different organization levels between Lenovo and the Business Partner.
  • Define regional T1/T2 Resellers Contractual Programs: Plan, develop and implement long term business relationship with Business Partners
  • Annual business development plan that clearly indicates specific goals, and the investment level from both Lenovo and Business Partner
  • Define next steps to increase Lenovo’s share of wallet at each business partner
  • Manage/ control  GTN forecast process for program purpose
  • Quarterly business review to evaluate results and next quarter initiatives
  • Propose and lead the implementation of demand generation tactics, such as end customer events, demonstration, roadshows. –
  • Monthly follow-up meetings with local teams to review program metrics, and  to define new incentives/rebates
  • Daily contact with Sellers and presales, to define transactional and planning tactics

Minimum Experience & Skills requested:

  • Strong communication & teamwork skills
  • Proactive in solving problems
  • Strong sense of urgency & good organization skills
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work in a collaborative and energetic environment
  • 5 years + of experience in similar position or area
  • Advanced level in English (Mandatory)
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel is required
