Description and Requirements
The Email Operations Manager will support our Global eCommerce team and requires a unique blend of strategic and tactical skills - someone who has a strong attention to process and detail, yet is able to draw ‘big picture’ conclusions and make actionable business recommendations based on an understanding of strategic marketing goals. This position will be responsible for planning and executing marketing automations, segmentation, reporting, and data analysis. Success in this role will require tight collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders including the email strategist, geography email leads, and creative production.
