Description and Requirements

As a Global Account Sales Leader you will accelerate customer acquisition, expand market influence, and drive profitable growth across our most strategic accounts in the EMEA region together with your Global accounts sales team. 

You will  be a market leader driving the future of enterprise acquisition and AI transformation. As a key driver of our global accounts portfolio growth and acquisition strategy, you will ensure that new customer wins contribute to sustained market leadership, revenue expansion, and global execution excellence.


Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive New Customer Acquisition: Identify and convert high-value enterprise opportunities across services, AI, and digital transformation.
  • Expand Market Reach & Competitive Advantage: Utilize targeted prospecting, deal acceleration, and strategic business capture plans.
  • Develop Executive-Level Customer Relationships: Build trusted partnerships with CxO stakeholders, navigate complex enterprise buying processes, and accelerate decision-making cycles.
  • Lead a High-Performance Sales Team: Focus on acquisition, expansion, and high-value deal execution, fostering a results-driven culture with clear sales targets.
  • Execute in Complex Matrix Organizations: Align global and regional resources, priorities, and execution across multiple business units and geographies to support acquisition efforts.
  • Leverage AI & Services for Customer Expansion: Position differentiated solutions that drive immediate business value and long-term engagement.
  • Orchestrate Global Sales Strategy: Maintain a laser focus on acquisition velocity, deal closure rates, and customer conversion metrics.
  • Optimize Performance & Pipeline Management: Use data-driven insights to maximize forecast accuracy and accelerate customer onboarding and retention.

What You Bring: 

  • Extensive Experience: 10+ years of enterprise sales leadership, with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and strategic expansion.
  • Proven Success: Track record of securing major global accounts, increasing market share, and outpacing competitors in revenue growth.
  • Deep Expertise: Proficient in services, AI/ML, cloud, and digital transformation selling, with the ability to quickly translate customer pain points into compelling value propositions.
  • Strong Leadership Presence: Ability to lead EMEA GA high-performing team, influence and close deals at the executive level in highly complex global environments.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships that scale beyond initial acquisition into long-term account growth.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Expertise in forecasting, analytics, and high-impact deal execution
