Description and Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Technical Leadership

  • Engage with global account teams to understand customer requirements and design scalable, innovative solutions leveraging Lenovo’s traditional and AI products
  • Develop high-level and detailed technical proposals, including architecture diagrams, Bill of Materials (BOM) and conduct technology roadmaps.
  • Conduct proof-of-concept (PoC) demonstrations and workshops to showcase Lenovo’s capabilities.

Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the technical liaison for global clients, addressing performance, security, integration, and compliance inquiries.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and whiteboarding sessions to CTOs, IT architects, and procurement teams.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs with differentiated technical responses aligned to customer needs.

Collaboration & Enablement

  • Partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, identify technical win strategies, and mitigate competitive threats.
  • Work with end clients and Lenovo's engineering, and third-party vendors (e.g., Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, Microsoft etc.) to validate multi-vendor solutions.
  • Train sales teams and partners on new technologies, solutions, and competitive positioning.

Market Insight

  • Provide feedback to product teams on customer requirements and emerging trends (e.g., hybrid cloud, AI, sustainability).
  • Stay current with industry certifications (e.g., AWS, Azure, NVIDIA) and Lenovo’s evolving portfolio.
